Hi
I purchased the polisy and the zooz 700 series dongle in March 2022 and likely received the order in April or May 2022.
I have tried but with no success to connect the polisy with my PLM from my current isy99i.
So , I have not been able to use the two devices I purchased at all.
Can I ask how much credit I can receive if I return the products and upgrade to the latest devices.
