How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

– Your account remains active, and your data intact, as long as you have active subscriptions for ISY Portal or Plugins
– Uninstalling Plugins will permanently remove all Authorization information for third party-services
– If you don’t have any active subscriptions, your data remains intact for 7 years
– If you delete your account, all your data, subscriptions, and third-party Authorization information are permanently removed from all our services

Usage

What Do We Use Your Information For?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
– To improve customer service
(your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
– To process transactions
– To send periodic emails if and only if you also subscribe to our newsletters

Your information, whether public or private, will never be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased products, service requested, or subscriptions.

UD Mobile App Location

UD Mobile contains optional location monitoring for Geofencing and Local Network connections.  Universal Devices neither collects nor shares your location history with any third parties.

UD Mobile includes Google Analytics™ and Crashlytics™ reporting.  Google Analytics™ and Crashlytics™ reports may contain approximate user location such as city, state, and country but none of this information is tied to your Univeral Devices account in any shape or form.
